TERMS OF USE OF THE SITE

1.General conditions

1.1. The use of materials and services of the Site is governed by the norms of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1.2 The site administrator has the right to make adjustments to these Rules, in this case if the user continues to use the site, this means that he automatically agrees with the changes made.

2. Basic concepts and definitions

2.1. Site - a set of web pages located on the Internet, united by a single theme, design and a single address space of the utg.uz domain.

2.2. Site administrator - employees authorized to manage the site, acting on behalf of the Company, organizing and (or) processing personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data;

2.3. User is an adult capable individual who accesses the Site via the Internet.

2.4. Personal data (PD) - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (personal data subject);

2.5. Confidentiality - the need to prevent leakage (disclosure) of any information;

2.6. Confidentiality of information - a mandatory requirement for a person who has gained access to certain information not to transfer such information to third parties without the consent of its owner;

2.7. Processing of personal data - any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;

2.8. Provision of personal data - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons;

2.9. Blocking of personal data - temporary termination of the processing of personal data (except for cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);

2.10. Destruction of personal data - actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which material carriers of personal data are destroyed;

2.11. Personal data information system (ISPDN) is a set of personal data contained in databases and information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing.

3. Use of the website content utg.uz.

3.1. Copying of the text and graphic information of the Site is allowed only for personal use by the User of the Site.

3.2. Commercial use of the Site by its Users is prohibited.

3.3. It is forbidden to copy and attempt to break the program code used in the development of the Site.

3.4. It is forbidden to use website design elements, corporate identity, utg.uz logo. All rights to these objects are reserved.

3.5. It is forbidden to send spam on behalf of the Site.

3.6. It is forbidden to indicate when registering on the Site personal data, including contact details, of other Users or other persons without prior consent.

4. Changing the rules of using the site.

4.1. The Company has the right to make changes to these Rules.

4.2. When making changes in the title of the Rules, the date of the last revision is indicated. The new version of the Rules comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Company's website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Rules.
